Western Australian Maritime Museum Events 2005

On show to 6 November 2005 - A French Australia? Almost!

This exhibition celebrates French involvement in early mapping of the Australian coast. It will feature watercolours and photography of places with French names from Tasmania to the Kimberley region of WA by artist Kevan Collett and historical research by Noelene Bloomfield, Research Fellow, University of Western Australia. Maritime Museum, Victoria Quay. Entry free with Maritime Museum entry or Annual Boarding pass unless otherwise indicated.
